Do you want to learn how to find out if you are blocked on WhatsApp by someone?
I'll explain that in a minute.
The WhatsApp app for Android and iOS (iPhone) has recently received several upgrades, bringing many new features and improved privacy control options.
However, there is something that WhatsApp still does not allow, at least not directly - that is, to find out if you are on someone's block list.
Ability for someone to block you (intentionally or by mistake) is not really a disadvantage, but one of the measures that protect users' privacy.
In other words, your private block list will remain just that - private.
However, with the help of small "tricks", you can find out whether one of the people from your phone-book has blocked you on WhatsApp or not.
Let me show you how to tell if someone blocked you on WhatsApp:
How To See Who Blocked You on WhatsApp?
People often ask 'How can I see who blocked me on WhatsApp?'
Some of the signs that the person you are trying to contact has blocked you:
Every message you send to a particular person is forever ticked with just one checkmark - the other never appears.
When you try to see when the user was last on the WhatsApp network, i.e. online, there is no information displayed in the user status field.
The connection cannot be established when you try to call a certain person (whom you suspect has blocked you).
The user's profile picture never changes, even when you see on someone else's phone that the picture of the user you are trying to contact has changed.
All of these are methods that can help you determine if someone has blocked you on WhatsApp, but none of the above may be 100% accurate. However, if you notice one or more of these signs for a long time, it is almost certain that the person you are trying to contact with a call or text message has blocked you.

Although there's available some third party app to check who blocked you on WhatsApp, we do not recomment this approach.
Why? Because most such apps are fake, and their only purpose is to steal your contacts and emails in order to sell the list later to someone who will spam your friends with unsolicited offers.
The bottom line is that WhatsApp does not offer an official way to check if any of your contacts block you, thus protecting the privacy of its users.
Speaking of privacy on WhatsApp, if you want to block someone and prevent them from contacting you through the app, here's how you can do it:
How to Block Someone On WhatsApp on Android
- Tap Menu (three dots) in the upper right corner of the WhatsApp application and select Settings.
- Tap Account, then Privacy, and then Blocked Contacts.
- Select Add and then select the contact of the person you want to block.
How to Block Someone On WhatsApp on iPhone (iOS)
- Select WhatsApp Settings.
- Go to Account, then to Privacy, and select Blocked.
- Tap Add New and select the contact you want to block.
Finally, when you realize you've been blocked, the next logical question is:
How to Contact a Person Who has Blocked You on WhatsApp?
Well, since there is no way to contact this person through the WhatsApp, the only way around this ban is to take the phone number of this person from their WhatsApp profile and use a standard GSM/cell phone call or send an SMS text message...
